Authors
Please submit your contribution using the provided template via the EasyChair Conference Submission Link. If you don’t have an EasyChair account, create one by clicking ‘Create an Account’ on the Conference Submission Link. Manage submissions by logging in EasyChair and clicking on the ‘Submission’ tab. For further information, please refer to the conference webpage under the Submission & Deadlines’ tab and the ‘Submissions’ sub-tab.
All accepted submissions must have at least one registration. The ESREL SRA-E 2025 adopts the rule of one paper one registration.
Oral presentations have been allocated 15 minutes each – 10 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for Q&A.
Reviewers
All review requests will be sent by email. To answer a review request, you should log in to your EasyChair account. Click on “View” for the review request, and you will find the option to respond under “Answer Request” in the upper right corner. If you agree to review, you can access the paper under “Review requests” on EasyChair by logging in as a subreviewer. Click on “View”, followed by “Submit Review”. Write down your review comments and press “Submit Review”. The deadline for review of papers is February 15th.
