Submissions

Options

Participants have two submission options:

  1. Abstract Only: Submit an abstract for consideration, without an intention to submit a full paper. Please ensure to specify «Abstract Only» when submitting. Aditionally, indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation. Deadline: October 1, 2024.
  2. Full Paper: If you plan to submit a full paper, begin by submitting an abstract. After abstract acceptance, proceed to submit the full paper. Please indicate your intention to submit a full paper when initially submitting the abstract. Additionally, indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation during the abstract submission process. Deadline for abstract submission with full paper: October 1, 2024. Deadline for submission of full paper, after acceptance of abstract: January 15, 2025. Additionally, note that the reviewers’ deadline is February 15, 2025, and the deadline for the final revised paper is March 15, 2025.

How to make a submission?

The procedure for submission is the following:

  1. Go to Conference Submission Link and log in with username and password provided. If you do not have an account on EasyChair, you must create it. Click on create an account and follow the instructions.
  2. Follow the submission link from the conference website
  3. Click on «New Submission»
  4. Fill out the submission form and click on «Submit»

Manuscript requirements

All manuscript requirements are outlined in the paper template, accessible by clicking on «Conference template» in the menu located on the left-hand side. Here are some key points to note:

  • Abstracts should not exceed 300 words
  • Full papers should not exceed 8 pages

Please ensure that article submissions are provided in either Microsoft Word format or LaTeX.

Accepted papers

The accepted papers will be published with an open-access licence in the conference proceedings by Research Publishing Services, Singapore. The full accepted papers will be indexed with CrossRef and further sought indexed with Scopus, EI, and ISI Web of Science. In addition, we will pursue the publication of selected extended works in special issues of top international peer-reviewed journals.
